Is the jewelry store currently open?

The health and safety of our employees, artists, collectors and guests remains as our primary focus. We will continue Covid-19 safety procedures once we open – maintaining a rigorous cleaning schedule, employees wearing face masks, practicing social distancing, frequent hand-washing and providing hand sanitizer. Guests are encouraged to wear masks but not required.

In addition to these preventative measures, we’ll continue to offer contactless shopping Experiences through our Concierge Shopping Service.

Shopping

What if the item does not fit?

We understand that some pieces may look or feel slightly different once on, and we want you to be elated with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out to return or exchange the item. Contact us within 10 days of the purchase, and we’ll happily work with you on the necessary changes.

Do you appraise jewelry?

While we do have an eye for beautiful pieces, our staff can not currently accommodate the facilitation of appraisals at this time.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Many of our collections include pieces that are customized, to an extent. We are more than happy to collaborate with you in certain instances, however being that we do not focus on bridal and do not have a bench jeweler, our access to the creation of custom pieces is limited.

Shipping

How much does shipping costs?

Items shipped within the U.S. are a flat rate of $33.00 for 3-day shipping. We will send you a tracking number as soon as the items are shipped.
