Exchange & Refund Policy
- Exchanges and returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and credited to the original form of payment after inspection by the company. Return shipping costs will be deducted.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns must include a sales receipt and be received in unaltered, unworn, and saleable condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return unless defective, as determined by the company.
- Exclusions: Some items may not qualify for returns or refunds.
Special Policies
- Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual items from the set cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Promotional items: If returning an item that included a free promotional gift, the promotional item must also be returned. If not returned, the cost of the promotional item at full price will be deducted from the refund.
